Nighthawk Diner set- Includes Rex Banner, Ned Flanders, Eddie, Lou, Barney, and Moe. Price between $78-$84

How about Flanders house with Ned, Rod, Todd,a desk with a picture of Maude and Edna or maybe Edna as a figure and the shelter in the back and homer on Flanders couch with eyes shut and some buzz cola for a bit lower than the price of the Simpsons house.
