Revenge of the Aztec Queen[1] was a water stunt show at LEGOLAND Windsor, located at the LEGO City Harbour. It ran between 2008 and 2009, and the show was replaced by Pirates of Skeleton Bay at the start of 2010.
Synopsis[]
The show opens with Tic-Tic[Note 1] and two volunteers from the audience performing Aztec Drumming; four other volunteers are selected as "Junior Adventurers" who help spray the Monka[Note 1] tribe warriors with water during the story. The powerful Aztec Queen, who had been banished years ago for trying to steal the people's gold, has returned and has now taken revenge by taking over their temple, stealing all their gold, and driving away the animals. Tayja[2] and Tic-Tic are oppressed by the Aztec Queen and her Monkas. Using a radio that Tic-Tic found in the jungle, they try to call for help from Johnny Thunder, who is their last hope of defeating the Aztec Queen by breaking her magic staff. When the radio is stolen by the Monkas, Tayja and Tic-Tic use a smoke signal instead, which the Aztec Queen douses with water. Johnny arrives on a jetski and answers their call for help. He fights off the Monka warriors, but is briefly captured while the Aztec Queen takes Tic-Tic to the temple. This culminates in a showdown atop the temple where Johnny Thunder and Tic-Tic face off against the Aztec Queen and the Monkas. In the end, Johnny defeats the Aztec Queen by breaking her magic staff to leave her powerless, freeing the Monkas from her control and allowing the gold and animals to return to the people.[3]
