Sweet Mayhem is set to be the main antagonist in the upcoming 2019 film The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part. She is an evil minidoll who captures all of Emmet's friends.

- She is the first minidoll to be in The LEGO Movie universe.
- She is voiced by Stephanie Beatriz who, coincidentally, has a scar on her face from when she tripped on a Lego piece at the age of 10.
