Sudds Backwash works as a bartender in a saloon in Flatbush Gulch in The Old West. When Wyldstyle was broadcasting a message for everyone to help fight against Lord Business' Micro Managers, Sudds Backwash and the citizens of The Old West began taking apart different buildings to form weapons in order to fight back against the Micro Managers. He and Rootbeer Belle created a battle craft out of parts of a saloon.

- In some versions of the video game, his name is Clarence. He was used as a marshal who resides in Flatbush Gulch.
