Shugu is one of the two skateboarders on LEGO Island, the other being Gnarly Bones.
Background
After you beat Gnarly Bones, he asks you if you want to challenge him. His course is exponentially more difficult, requiring you to do grinds over a bridge, jump at exactly the right moment, and go over a small patch of land without falling. The course travels out of his skate park to the land above the beach, then onto the highway up a bridge, then over the wall of the studio, around some obstacles, then over the other wall of the studio, then through more areas until you reach Gnarly Bones's skate park. He will give you his Card if you beat him.
