Quentin Spencer is one of the characters in the video game LEGO City Undercover. and it's 3DS prequel LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins however he is only playable in the former whereas he appears in the majority of the cutscenes for the ladder.
He is first seen in the Police station watching the TV news report of the Albatross Island breakout with Chase McCain before they both overhear Marion Dunby and Mayor Gleeson debating Rex Fury Dunby refuses to tell them claiming it's Adult Business until Quentin whines that he is an adult whilst sulking on the floor. Once they are caught up to speed he is sent to investigate a recent theft on the docks as Chase's partner. When they get there they run into the reporter they were watching on the TV, Natalia Kowalski, who informs them on the construction foreman stuck in the crane. Once he notices the cameras recording her, he immediately runs in the direct view of them and boldly announces his intentions to save the civilian trapped in the crane before doing a double take to make sure his heroics are recorded. Once he and Chase save the Foreman he heads back to the Police station as chase continues with his quest to catch Rex Fury.
Later he informs Chase and Dunby about how a patrol boat was sunk near Apollo Island Confirming Chase's hunch the island was connected to Rex Fury's recent crime wave. Once Gleeson asks for a volunteer to parachute to the island he quickly leaves the room.
Once Chase returns from the island with Flash Johnson captured Quentin holds him captive before a verbal mixup with Natalia makes him accidentally let him go only for an unnamed officer to Re-arrest him as Chase is sent to the Bluebell Woods.
When he returns handcuffed, Quentin is eager to free Chase with his chainsaw but when Gleeson does it with a key instead disappointing him immeasurably. Afterward he informs all the other Officers that: City Hall, The Fire Station and The Donut Bakery were all blown up before leaving to assist them himself.
He is shown to be childish and absent minded at times, with a clear desire to be loved and viewed as a hero though he clearly has a good heart and is willing to step up to the task when he is needed (Unless said task involves parachuting.)
