Officer Noonan is a character from The LEGO Ninjago Movie theme.

Description

Noonan is a woman who wears a police uniform consisting of blue pants, a black jacket with various decorations and pockets, white gloves (hands), a hat, and sunglasses. She appears to have short hair (not visible under her hat) and wears lipstick

In Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu episode Winds of Change, Noonan appears as a male police officer who were called to the Ninjago Museum of History following a break-in along with O'Doyle. They were unable to get a word out of the Night Watchman however, though directed the Green Ninja to him when he arrived. Later while the two officers were putting up crime scene tape, they were met by a wind coming from inside the building, and fled in terror.
