"Lizards eat bugs, you know, Spider-Man."
―Lizard in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

The Lizard, also known as Curt Connors, is a Marvel Super Heroes minifigure that appears in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes.

Dr. Curtis Connors was one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s top scientists. During Green Goblin's attack on the Helicarrier, Connors lost his right arm. When Spider-Man brought him some animal DNA samples Connors assumed that they could regenerate limbs. When he tried a lizard serum on himself, he found out that he was right and he gained super strength. He took more, but he mutated into a lizard-man and began to go insane. Spidey and Doc Ock temporarily teamed up to fight him. Spider-Man and Lizard got back to Connor's lab and the rest of Spider-Man's team came. While Spidey's team (Iron Fist, Power Man, Nova and White Tiger) fought Lizard, Spider Man created a cure for the serum, which turned Lizard back into Dr. Connors. He was later captured by Doc Ock and had an electricity emitter planted on his neck, which turned him into Lizard and a member of the Sinister Six. (which also consisted of Rhino, Beetle, Kraven the Hunter and Electro.) Unlike the other members, Lizard got away, but Spider-Man promised to save him and change him back.

In the second run-in with the Sinister Six, Spider-Man fought with Lizard, eventually injecting the cure to Connors once again. Curt Connors went back to being a S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist, taking back his lab from Luke Cage's parents and giving Spider-Man the cure he needed for the Goblin serum injected into his teammates when Spider-Man found the Green Goblin's salvaged Helicarrier.

The Lizard is a big-fig such as Colossus and Juggernaut. He is based somewhat on his appearance in the 1990s Spider-Man TV series. He wears a white lab coat over purple pants and a black shirt. In addition, his green scales, long tail, and head are similar to the Velociraptors from the Dino and Jurassic World themes.
