Ice Cream Cone is the buildable minifigure from The LEGO Movie (theme). He is Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi's butler and presides over the wedding of her and Batman (Minifigure). He is voiced by Richard Ayoade in The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part.
