Background
Downburst was a super who possessed limited atomic manipulation, allowing him to alter the molecular structure of inanimate objects and heal minor wounds of organic life forms. During his time as a super, he spent his pastime attempting to develop his powers even further. A member of the Beta Force, he possessed an unrequited infatuation on fellow member Blazestone. When Syndrome was designing the Omnidroid as part of Operation Kronos, Downburst was killed by one of its prototypes.
