Red-Arm is a human Space Pirate, born on Philia. Red-Arm's parents were killed in a bombing from rebels who were attacking a Galactic Regulations base. Red-Arm mistakenly thought that Galactic Regulations had bombed his house for no particular reason, and his parents had never supported Galactic Regulations. Red-Arm became a Space Pirate, stealing from others, and joined the rebels against the Galactic Regulations. To this day, he still seeks revenge.
