Crazy Quilt is a DC Comics minifigure who first appeared in The LEGO Batman Movie.

Comics

Paul Dekker was a painter and thief who is accidentally blinded by a stray bullet in a botched robbery. After being sent to prison, Paul volunteered himself for an experimental surgical procedure which would restore his vision but cause him to only see the world in blinding disorienting colours.

The surgery drove Paul insane and led him to becoming the super-villain Crazy Quilt. As Crazy Quilt, Paul equipped himself with a helmet which projected multi-coloured spotlights capable of performing hypnosis, disorienting his enemies, and formerly of firing lasers.
