A Commando Droid is a minifigure from the Star Wars theme. The droid first appeared in LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars as a playable character, but will appears in 9488 Elite Clone Trooper & Commando Droid Battle Pack.
Description
The Commando Droid is made from the Super Battle Droid legs, normal Battle Droid arms and torso, and a new Commando Droid Head.
In the Video Games
The Commando Droid in LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.
They are a dangerous enemy to fight against in the video game. They are armed with a blaster and can jump to dodge incoming blaster fire. Certain Commando Droids are armed with vibroblades and can use these weapons to deflect blaster fire. However, the droids' vibroblades can be taken away via grappling.
