Claire is a minifigure in the Ninjago line.
Background
According to the 70751 Temple of Airjitzu master model builder video, Claire was mentioned to be a tourist, visiting the Temple of Airjitzu. She is one of the few Ninjago characters who does not appear in Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, along with her father Jesper.

- She has the same torso used for the female minifigure in the Dune Buggy Trailer set and Misako, from the LEGO Ninjago Movie.
- Claire has yet to appear in the animated series, but did make an appearance in Tommy Andreason's non-canon story Way of the Departed, in which her presence in the Temple of Airjitzu is explained as her being hired to help clean and repair the building.
