Admiral Yularen is a Star Wars Minifigure. He is scheduled to be released in 2015, but he has already appeared as a playable character in the LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars Video game
Background
Wulff Yularen was a Republic Admiral under Anakin Skywalker. After the formation of the Empire, he worked for the Imperial Security Bureau, which is why he has a white uniform in his latest appearance. He died on the Death Star. It should be noted that LEGO was incorrect in calling him Admiral Yularen in the polybag, as at the time he was serving in the ISB (and as reflected in his rank badge), he was a colonel.
