40115 LEGOLAND Entrance with Family is a set released in 2014, and can be bought exclusively at LEGOLAND parks. It contains 270 pieces and allows you to build a family of four Miniland-Scale figures.
This comes with two sets of instructions and additional bricks, enabling you to build a family with lighter or darker skin (although not both at the same time). The only differences between the two are bricks that represent skin or hair.
The backdrop is cardboard.
