Notes

• The building design seems to be inspired by Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.^[source?]
• One man has Lord Vampyre's torso, while another has the Ice Cream Vendor's.
• This is the second building from the Modualar street layout to have only two floors, the other one being 10197 Fire Brigade.
• One of the movie posters features the designer's names, slightly 'brick-ified'.
• The baseplate of the ground floor, which is red in colour, is unique to this set.
• LEGO VIPs are granted exclusive early access to the set from February 14th.
